1. Access data

We collect and use personal data only in accordance with applicable German and European data protection laws. This Privacy Policy informs website visitors about what personal data we collect and how we use it, as well as the options available to them regarding their personal data.

We have implemented organizational, contractual and technical security measures to ensure compliance with data protection laws and to prevent accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. However, no 100% security can be guaranteed for the transmission of data via the Internet.

When you visit our website, your local IP address is automatically displayed at the bottom. This is done to simplify support.

2. Inventory data

We only store and use further personal data if you provide this information voluntarily via the contact form. If there is no legal obligation to retain the data, it will be deleted at the request of the person concerned. If you have provided us with personal data, we will use it only to respond to your inquiries, to process contracts with you and for technical administration.

Relevant data will only be passed on to the trustee for internal purposes (e.g. to conclude a business transaction), taking into account the confidentiality declaration.

2.1 SSL/TLS Encryption

To protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. This protects requests made via the website from being read by third parties.

2.2 Server log files

This information is transmitted directly from the browser to the operator in so-called server logs and cannot be assigned to a specific person. The following data is collected:

  • Time of the server request
  • Referrer URL
  • Browser type and version
  • The operating system used
  • Your IP

3. Cookies

We use “cookies” as part of our online service. Cookies are small files that are stored on the computer of the website visitor and can store information for the provider. Temporary cookies are deleted when the browser is closed, while permanent cookies remain stored for a specified period of time and can provide the stored information when the online offer is called up again. For logging in (with user name and password), we use so-called “session cookies”, with which the website visitor can be identified during the duration of his visit. The session cookies then contain parts of the login data in encrypted form. Website visitors can delete these cookies at any time in the browser of their terminal device. After the end of the session, session cookies expire automatically.

The website visitor can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option to restrict or completely prevent the storage of cookies. We strive to design the online offer in such a way that the use of cookies is not necessary. We would like to point out that the use and especially the comfort of use can be limited without cookies.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on the computers of website visitors, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website by website visitors is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

If IP anonymization is activated on this website, the IP address of the website visitors will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. In exceptional cases, the full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymization is active on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating the use of the website by website visitors, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

You can prevent the collection of data by cookies and the transmission of this data (including your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
