The transformer bushings with silicone composite insulator are suitable for oil-insulated transformers and cover a voltage range from 12 to 52 kV and a current range from 630 to 3150/8000 A. The bushings are insensitive to moisture, maintenance and monitoring free, vandal and shock resistant, and paperless and partial discharge free. They have a long service life, are lightweight and are easy to install.
They are still functional even at extremely low temperatures (-60 °C). Delivery times are short and they can also be used to replace existing porcelain insulators. Conformity to standards is guaranteed by DIN and EN50180 specifications.
